TULSA, Okla. — Dillon Rose Fine Jewelry hosted "Deco and Diamonds," a free event featuring Art Deco architecture information and history.

The event was held at the Dillion Rose Fine Jewelry location near 2nd and Charles Page Boulevard. The Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, Goff Fest and Tulsa Tours also assisted with the event.

Rachel Rose Dazey, the owner of the store said Art Deco really inspired her as a child.

"That's just a rich culture to have," she said. "I know now that as a child when I got to experience those buildings it created such a sense of of aspiration and inspiration in me and being here in the middle of Oklahoma. This feeling of 'I can do anything and go anywhere' because of that style of architecture."
